By accessing or using PollRoute ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement. You may only maintain one account per person.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed.

4. Survey Participation

  • You must provide honest, thoughtful responses to survey questions.
  • Use of VPNs, proxies, or any IP obfuscation tools is strictly prohibited.
  • Automated responses, bots, or scripts are forbidden.
  • We reserve the right to withhold rewards for fraudulent or low-quality responses.
  • Survey availability varies by demographic profile and geographic location.

5. Rewards and Payments

Rewards are issued at our sole discretion based on verified survey completion. We are not responsible for delays caused by payment processors. Reward values are subject to change. Minimum withdrawal thresholds may apply.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Service are owned by or licensed to PollRoute. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PollRoute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have earned through the Service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct we deem harmful to the Service or its users.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
